Build Your Offer
- Ask what they really want. The dream outcome.
- List the problems and limiting actions in detail — the core things preventing them from achieving the dream, and the things they must do.
- Map solutions to those problems.
- Identify the delivery for the solution.
- Place the offer into a value matrix — determine whether it sits in high value, low value, low cost, or high cost territory.
Apply the value framework:
dream outcome x likelihood / time x effort / sacrifice
Helpful for thinking about limits.
