[Founder Notes] Ray Kroc
Started building his craft for years, around age 29. Had a series of failures and kept going. Headstrong, like almost every entrepreneur.
Got screwed over legally several times. Contracts matter. When founders find something that is really working, they go all in, burning many bridges — but only to a point.
If you doubt someone's ability, why hire them? Trust them.
Real estate provides leverage for loans. Work from the past to the whole. Think small to get big. Emphasize details. Every fundamental matters. If you go big first, you'll miss important details and everything can perform poorly.
Your lifestyle and business style are inevitably intertwined. Make your bed, focus on room details, be frugal. Stay small until it's perfect. Know every detail.
