Say What You'll Do
The secret to success as learned from Thomas:
Say what you'll do. Do what you said. Say what you did.
General advice:
- Stop catastrophizing people's negative opinion of your work. You can't make everyone happy. Decide who your core user is and build for them — everything else is just noise.
- Be the voice of calm. If someone thinks that an emergency is going on and you respond in a way that confirms their thinking then it will become an emergency.
- Keep your head clear. Meditate. Identify a leader that stays calm in a fire — how would they respond?
